Dr Dominic Yeo is Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Consumer Behaviour at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. He graduated with a PhD in Social Psychology from Cambridge University where he was a member of Trinity College.
Dominic's research is at the intersection of social media, marketing communication, and consumer behaviour. Underlying this work is the idea of increasing participation of everyday consumers in producing, diffusing, and consuming information outside the framework of traditional organisations. His research emphasises the instrumental role of ordinary individuals in the uncertain, fast-changing, and complex marketspace facilitated by social media and digital technologies.
