About

Mustafa Ozbilgin's research focuses on equality, diversity and inclusion at work from comparative and relational perspectives. He has conducted field studies in the UK and internationally and his work is empirically informed. His most recent book, Global Diversity Management (co-authored with Ahu Tatli, Palgrave) provides evidence from international field studies. He has authored and edited ten books and published large number of papers in journals such as Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Learning and Education, British Journal of Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Human Relations, Gender Work and Organization among others.

He currently holds the following editorial roles:

Holding a Chair in Human Resource Management at the University of East Anglia, he directs DECERe, an interdisciplinary research centre on Diversity and Equality in Careers and Employment Research. He is the founder of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: an international conference (EDI) . The third EDI conference will take place in Vienna between 15-17 July 2010: www.edi-conference.org
