About
My PhD was on the connection between theories of rights and environmental ethics, examining the charges of social atomism and anthropocentrism often leveled at theories of rights.
Since completing my PhD, I have been conducting research in the philosophy (and especially ethics) of sexuality, especially sexual jealousy and non-monogamy.
I am also pursuing interests in narrative theories of identity, obligations to future generations, group rights, moral, soacial and political implications of the extended mind hypothesis, and the concept of sustainability in ethics and public policy.
My general areas of interest are applied philosophy, political and social philosophy, ethical theory, environmental ethics, feminism, personal identity, and the philosophy of love and sexuality.
